Brioche Pasquier is one of the largest food manufacturers in Europe.

We are a family business with roots in the baking industry dating back to 1936.

Since then, we’ve developed internationally, with our UK journey starting in 2001.

For the last 22 years, we’ve been selling a range of delicious French bakery products to major UK food retailers, wholesalers and food service clients.

We’ve also been developing our own UK production operation for the last 7 years, now capable of producing up to a million Brioche rolls a day. 

We are based in Milton Keynes at our 160,000 sq ft technologically advanced production facility with expansion projects over the next 2-5 years to service the UK market and support the strong growth of the company.
